Note: Please ensure that all details are correct before completing the Registration. Once registered, the details entered cannot be altered at any point of time.

  • Candidate has to first register himself/herself by filling up the registration details to receive the OTP on the Registered Mobile Number/Email ID.
  • Candidate will receive the OTP on the registered Mobile Number and the registered Email ID.
  • Overseas candidates will have to Register with a valid Indian mobile number.
  • Candidate can login with the OTP to complete the application form for NIMHANS Ph.D. Entrance Test January 2026 Session of Academic Year 2025 - 26..

Read the below instructions carefully, before filling up the form:

  • Applicants are instructed to review the NIMHANS Prospectus 2025-26 January 2026 Session and Admission Notification before filling the application form.
  • Kindly check the eligibility criteria for the course(s) before submitting the application.
  • Candidature in case of incorrect course/option selection will not be considered.
  • Mere submission of application does not guarantee eligibility to appear for the entrance test or admission at NIMHANS.
  • Candidates applying under External Fellowship / Sponsored / Deputed / NIMHANS Project category must upload supporting documents.
  • Cut-off date for calculation of age shall be: 01.01.2026.
  • Mandatory fields in the form are marked with * (Asterisk).
  • Upload documents in PDF only; Photo & Signature must be in JPG/JPEG/PNG format.
  • The information entered cannot be modified after final payment.
  • NIMHANS is not responsible for non-payment or failure to submit the application on time.
  • Any false information will result in legal action.
  • Entrance exams for all courses will be held at Bengaluru only.
  • Visit the official website for updates. No personal communication will be sent.
  • A candidate can apply for maximum 3 courses (if eligible).
  • Do not submit multiple online applications.
  • Application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
